| The borehole geochemical prospecting has been employed as an important technique in the recognition of source rocks and oil and gas properties in the last decade. The application of this technique to the recognition of the source rocks in one basin in eastern China in the light of the indexes and parameters obtained in the study may provide a geochemical basis for the selection of target beds and assessment of mineral resources in oil and gas exploration. |
